Most abdominal pain can be evaluated and treated at urgent care. However, some symptoms suggest a serious emergency. If you experience any of the following, go directly to the emergency room or call 911.
🚨 Go to the ER — call 911 if you have:
→ Sudden, severe abdominal pain
→ Rigid or board-like abdomen
→ Pain with fever and chills
→ Vomiting blood or blood in stool
→ Signs of shock — dizziness, rapid heart rate, confusion

→ Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea
→ Cramping or bloating
→ Suspected UTI or kidney stone
→ GERD or heartburn concerns
