Wait at home or around town – PrimeCare Urgent Care allows you to use our online sign up form to check-in for treatment.

Once this form is submitted, you will receive an email showing your submission and receive a phone call from a PrimeCare scheduling specialist to confirm your appointment during our regular office hours (10 am – 9 pm).

Only appointments that have been confirmed via phone will be scheduled.
